Tokyo Ramen Iki is set up by a group of Japanese and international investors. The intention is to bring the Japanese experience to the European market in an authentic way. The start of this enterprise journey is the Ramen. The meaning of the character "IKI" "粋” stands for elegance and refinement. We have choosen this name because it best defines our company DNA and objective,  we want to promote different Japanese cultural aspects in a way that is fitting to the intented Japanese spirit of refinement.  We feel that after a bit over half a year in operation we are ready to make the next move and promote the IKI brand further.
