About Tokyo Ramen Takeichi

Born out of the collaborative endeavor between masters of ramen and yakitori, we are a specialized establishment renowned for our rich chicken white broth ramen, attracting long queues in Tokyo's Shimbashi district. Our restaurant, "Tokyo Ramen Menya Takeichi," was inaugurated in this very area. Departing from the traditional reliance on pork bone broth, our emphasis lies in creating a healthful, creamy chicken white broth for our ramen.

Subsequently, following the support and recognition we received both domestically in Japan and across Asia, an organization was founded with the mission to introduce our authentic Japanese ramen to Europe. At present, we are expanding the presence of Menya Takeichi restaurants in the Netherlands and Germany, with a commitment to offering our customers a truly authentic Japanese culinary experience.
